Description

This grade 10 math course focuses on math topics that can be useful in our daily tasks, such as unit conversion, money and currency, measurement, and a little bit of trigonometry. The course should be useful for students wanting to pursue careers not related strongly to math.

                                              
The course has written assignments.

 

This course leads to Apprenticeship & Workplace Math 11, which can be used as a graduation requirement.

 

This course has a (Ministry) provincial exam.

Students have access to the course teacher through email, phone and in-person.  However the phone is not the best option for explaining math problems.
