Description

English 10 is a continuation of the prescribed learning outcomes from English 9; only the focus is more on structured writing, terminology, analysis and interpretation of text in order to prepare students for the English 10 Provincial Exam. In this course, students will study short stories and poetry from culturally diverse authors. Students will also study Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and read the novel To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee.

Midterm - To be written at the VLN.
